Laserlab, Inc. warrants all film against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. Laserlab will replace defective film. Except for such replacement, the use or handling of film purchased from Laserlab is without warranty or liability even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
